Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in the US for over forty years. Her most well-known role is because of her portrayal as Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. She continued to perform in various Broadway productions until she made it big on the national theatre scene with Li'l Abner's in the year 1957. In the year 1957, she released her debut music album entitled It's Time for Tina. Louise was first seen in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic that was released in the year 1958. She was Griselda the main character of the film. She enrolled in Actors Studio, New York during this period and became Lee Strasberg's student. The year 1964 saw her signing to CBS as a character, Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work successfully in between Broadway TV and Hollywood acting in somber roles contrasted to her perception of an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. She has also appeared in SG-1 and Helen Magnus, but in recent years, she has made a name for herself as a director of popular TV shows like Supernatural. Her family moved to Essex to Toronto and she lived there for childhood and adolescence. Her home was in Vancouver following her selection for the role of Samantha Carter.
